I am rejecting this response because: I was charged $for pre-conditioning, That is part of cleaning according to ALL other carpet cleaning companies. NOT ONE CARPET COMPANY CHARGES FOR THAT. Because I am A SENIOR *** (owner of Infinity Carpet Care) Thought he could get away with taking advantage of me ( gouging me ) I am old, but I don't like to be taken advantage of if I can avoid it. It takes a while for me to realize what is happening. *** ***

Review: responded to an advertisement which I received in the mail offering steam cleaning of 3 rooms Plus hallway for $75.00. They took advantage of me because of my age (84) and I am single with NO pets, carpet did NOT need pre-cleaning and if it did It should have been included in the price according to 4 other companies I called also I told him that I didn't need that [redacted] but he insisted that I should to protect the carpet. I felt pressured into following his advice. My total bill went from $75.00 which was the advertised price to $175.00 because he was pressuring me. I pointed out the few areas that needed his attention, but I did not see him spot clean these areas before he started cleaning the entire room. He charged me $60 for pre-conditioning the spots. After the carpet has dried the same spots were still there and they are still there. .Desired Settlement: I think I am entitled to a $100.00 refund because I was pressured into agreeing to services that should have been included in the price and after paying for extra services my carpet is still NOT CLEAN..
