Review: When my husband and I arrived we were greeted by [redacted] a salesman I told him we spoke to [redacted] where is she? He stated she’s in the “call Center”. He stated he would help us. When we go see the Yellow Chevy S10 my husband does notice a leak and he tells [redacted] right away. [redacted] says not a problem. As we drive it the CHEVY S10 rattles and we also told [redacted] again he says not a problem. We tell [redacted] hey we came all this way expecting to take a working Chevy S10. He only apologizes and says he will talk to his finance manager. Once he does they blame the problem on a mechanic as does the other sales man. They only giggle like if it was nothing new by they the other surrounding sales agents. It’s shameful because here are representatives laughing and there was another customer who drove close to the same distance and his vehicle he inquired about was looked at by the same mechanic and it was not “ready”? The sales agent who was helping the other guy said “oh man this Manual Audi wont reverse”. I could tell they lost that customer this was his second time coming from 200+ miles expecting to pick up his AUDI. He was lucky and did not give KLASS his business. We DID and I regret it!

[redacted] told us he spoke to the finance manager who also came to tell us he was sorry. I also told him how I spoke to [redacted] on the phone and she told me that because we are being financed that they CANT negotiate prices with customers and prices are firm. I told the finance guy it was bad business he stated he would lower the S10 to the $500.00 I was asking originally and that [redacted] told us wrong only because [redacted] told us that it was ready to go and we traveled this far. I also requested full tank because I mean driving back again. They PROMISED US NEXT TIME WE CAME IT WOULD BE ALL FIXED AS LONG AS WE SIGNED NOW. Turns out they pushed us to sign finance paper work and stated that when we came back the Chevy S 10 would be all fixed. Not the case. When we signed the paper work and during IDesired Settlement: FIX THE DRIVE LINE OR PAY FOR IT, GIVE US THE LICENSE PLATES, THE WHEEL LOCKS, THE SENSOR PART AND THE FIX THE LEAK AND DRIVELINE. WHY WAS IT SO HARD TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE?

Chevy S10 Needs:

LICENSE PLATES-

WHEEL LOCK

SENSOR PART

DRIVELINE FIXED OR PAY FOR THE PART WE EVEN PROVIDED OPTIONS

THE LEAK THE VEHICLE STILL HAS A LEAK!

Another question I have is why you all took the vehicle on “inspection” after you supposedly released the vehicle to us you had it for one hour and a half. [redacted] said oh just routine safety check and your tank will be filled up. When the Chevy S10 arrives there was no full tank we had to ask everyone around to put some gas. Even then it was only filled to almost ¾ and I’m not sure what “inspection” you did on it if you supposedly have no mechanic on board and hire your own? Kind of odd. You took two hours on an “inspection”.

Review: one day I purchased a vehichle from this car company signed all paperwork ect... the company called themselves klass motors , but used the paperwork infinitif auto sales . after signing the paperwork which states whithin 10 days I can get a refund if I have any problems and would need to have further review and would be contacted by the finance company , so I drove off the lot with my new "so called purchased " vehicle . 7 days went by and no call nothing I was blocked from emailing the finance super intendent and also every time I call and give them my name no one is in working everyone is off that day !! let [redacted] at the front desk say ! that 8th day I woke up in the am to my newly purchased vehicle "mysteriously towed ".. I called the nearest police department and was told my car was repossessed ? I asked how they told me my finance company called and said they took it. soon after I called the dealership they told me I would have to speak with the finance company mas financial , so instead I went up to the dealership on a suprise visit to my attention I happen to see the same car I purchased hidden in the back , and as I walk up a fellow car buyer told me the whole street the night before was 80 % stolen vehicles. as soon as I walk into finance everyone is busy so I wait patiently for 2 hours until I get the "run about story "!1 I was basically informed my money was with the finance company , they could not finance me and they also had my car . I asked to speak to a supervisor and the story now changed [redacted] had said that my money will be used for restocking fees once they locate the car with my belongings and items in it but I will not get a refund because I owed that for them taking my vehicle ! soon after to my dismay I call mas financeial "my bank that financed me " , and was told they never heard of me and that klass motors was indeed lying ! If I was not financed who picked up my car ?? there was no bank ? who used my credit? and how is my car sold ?Desired Settlement: I wish to have to have my cash refunded and for them to not be allowed to steal peoples credit and get false loans when I never was approved with any financial institution or had any inquiries on my credit they are a fraudulent company and need immediate investigation !!!!! I also wish to report them for credit fraud , car theft , fraud of lying on a financial institution and illegally repossesing and selling me a vehichle that had no financing .. Basically I was a victim of a scam involving my $2,000 deposit being taken for them to steal my vehichle lie about a bank that financed me that never exsisted and then for them to act like they resold my vehicle and cannot find it , which all occurred in a period of 9 days , no refund , no items recovered nothing ect !!! I wish to be refunded all expenses and also and extra for the false contract written !!

Response:

To whom it may concern: Hello my name is[redacted], I am the finance manager at Infinitif Auto Sales DBA "Klass Motors". I received a paper on my desk in regards to a complaint filed against us from [redacted]. In her complaint she is states that she was "blocked" from emailing the "finance super intendent" which I do not understand how somebody can "block" and email, anyhow she also states that her vehicle was "repossessed" within and 8 day period, THAT is true. [redacted] came in to our dealership on January 15, 2015 with intention to purchase a pre-owned vehicle just like any regular customer that walks in to our lot. We here at "KLASS MOTORS" make sure that we assist our customers in everyway possible to get them the car they desire to purchase. I notice [redacted] did NOT state why her vehicle was repossessed which she knows perfectly well. [redacted] applied for a loan with us on the 15th of January, she was given an approval by not one but TWO of our banks, now the approvals just like any other bank or finance company have stipulations on what documentation we need to provide in order to "fund" or "complete" the auto loan. One of the stipulations was of course "Proof Of Income" and another was "Verification of Employment". [redacted] applied for the loan along with a co-signer Mr. [redacted] They came in and filed out a credit application, [redacted] states on her application that she has been working for "BW COMPUTER SERVICES" for the past 3 years earning about $3,200 monthly and [redacted] states that he has been working for "[redacted]" for the past 8 months earning an amount of $3,000 per month. BOTH were asked to provide their most recent paycheck stub for the loan stipulations , both of them provided with documents and we went ahead and released the vehicle to them. After taking documentation to the finance company and trying to do a "Verification of Employment'' we found out that the pay stubs that were provided to us were completely FAKE. The finance company that we worked with on this loan has been in business for a very long time and know perfectly well what they are doing. They tried looking up both companies to make sure they are real businesses before going to the next step. Neither of the companies exist and both pay stubs that were provided to us are pretty much identical with exception of the "Company Names" after having a finance specialist review all documentation and try to verify employment for both of them we found out that pay stubs were FAKE and that NO company existed. The finance company DECLINED the loan due to this issue and therefore we were obligated to pick up the vehicle. [redacted] and [redacted] submitted Fraudulent information to us and the finance company which in our eyes is FRAUD. [redacted] also states that she came in to talk to us 8 days after purchasing her vehicle which would be on 1-23-15 and claims to have seen her car on our lot, which is also FALSE. We have documentation proving that her vehicle was just recently delivered to us from the tow company whom had picked up the vehicle therefore we DID NOT have the vehicle on our lot the day she came in to talk to us. She also states that a "fellow car buyer" told her 80% of our inventory were "stolen" vehicles which is also FALSE. We have titles to every single vehicle that is for sale on our lot and have documentation to PROVE it. In California it is ILLEGAL for a car lot to sell stolen vehicles. WE do not steal people's credit nor do we commit crimes in our company. I completely understand [redacted]'s frustration because of losing her car but everything was done the right way. She committed FRAUD and we can actually legally go after her for submitting false information to not only us but the finance company as well. There were towing fees and storage fees which had to be paid and we still need her to drop off the key to the vehicle or there will be a "key" fee added as well. Here at Infinitif Auto Sales DBA "KLASS MOTORS" we do NOT cheat people nor do we commit fraud to our customers, we are very cautious with our paperwork and we treat people with respect. This is a simple case of fraud and we have all documentation that was given to us by [redacted] and [redacted] Jr. to prove what we say is true. You will be more that welcome to contact us and we can provide you with these documents and see for yourself that they were fake stubs and that "Brooklyn Plumbing Services" nor "BW Computer Services" exist as a "business" also that the phone numbers that were given to us for the companies are NO good. Like I said before I totally understand where [redacted]'s frustration is coming from and I actually spoke to her yesterday 2-2-15 and she never mentioned anything to me in regards to her filing a claim against us. We have ALL documents to prove that we are NOT wrong in this case if anybody wishes to contact me in regards to this matter please feel free I will have my doors open at any time. Thank you

Review: I co-signed on a car for my son purchased at class motors.he is in the military so he had to drive 3hrs to go look at it I am in Rhode island.when talking to sale person [redacted] I was assured it was a good reliable car.my son who went and look at car is 19 years old and doesn't know much about cars.while driving back to base the check engine light went on.that was on 3/12/16 .he called next day and dealer told him to bring it in and tee will fix it and give him a loaner car.now on Monday he called to let them know he was coming.he was told had to talk to [redacted] and [redacted] was in meeting.I then called and told Secretary to have [redacted] call my son.to my disbelief the Secretary called my son back within 5 mins and said [redacted] was now sick.so now my wife calls talks to [redacted],at first [redacted] claims there's no law saying the dealership has to fix the car within 30 days and he was not getting a loaner car.after my insisting the dealership was responsible for repairs he said he would fix car but no loaner.when speaking with [redacted] and [redacted] from dealership I told them many times my son had to drive 3hrs to dealership and just getting there was tough.I feel the salesman to fill advantage of 19 year old.with in 3hrs check engine light came on.next morning he opened trunk and there is no carpet molding anything.he went to turn on interior light no light build.what type of dealship would let a car go off there lot in this condition if not to a teenager?Desired Settlement: Want my son to drop off car get loaner and car to fixed

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER buy a car from these scam artists!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!! They are a bunch of frauds!
