Customer states that he bought a car from this merchant in August of 2015, that is a and misleading statement. On January 6, the [redacted] Automotive Group purchased Orland Park [redacted] and Orland Park Infiniti. The previous owners never disclosed any such agreement and there is no documentation to support this claim, further, the customer bought the vehicle prior to the dealership being owned by the [redacted] Automotive Group. The customers agreement was between them and the previous ownerSincerely, [redacted] General Sales Manager
I would like to know if this complaint was filed before or after I talked to the customer to straighten things outWe did in fact pay for the charges that accrued with the impound and towing of the vehicleWe also paid the additional $late fee to the state of Indiana to speed up the processI
also informed them that because they reacted so aggressively in front of other customers, that is why we chose to ask them to leave the premisesThe next day, we spoke on the phone in which I proceeded to ensure that they're not, in fact, banned from our Dealership and that between the heat of the moment and misunderstanding, we were forced to ask them to leave before the situation escalated even furtherI would like to see this problem resolved as we have done our do diligence in completing the out of state (IN) title/paperwork and paying the fees that were accrued given the temporary had expired Please follow up with any questions you may haveThank you.Kyle ***

I am rejecting this response because: The agreement we had with the other dealer was for the life of the car. It is our feeling that that responsibility should transfer to the new owner. Simply saying they don't accept this is ridiculous. Is there not a responsibility to honor the agreements of the previous owner?
Sincerely,
[redacted]
