I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
Hello, This is not an acceptable answer. Infinity your claim now is that I am not your client and I am not involved in the transaction. Keep in mind that in the original complaint, I was very specific about my credit that is being affected, since they have run it more than 10 times, without my authorization, with two different vehicles, which I have never even heard of, I do not have knowledge of them, because as I had originally mentioned, it is exactly my point that cars had been selected without my knowledge and the several times that my credit points have been lowered, for each report of their part (Infinity) that now affects me to move. Also, as I mentioned, I did not go to the dealer to buy a car, I went to complete the transfer of responsibility in its entirety once in November, and that has always been my intention and interest. As proof of what I am saying, here are the letters from the credit agencies, which confirm such occurrences. So, my question is, is this normal practice for you Infinity or any financial negotiation, where do you run the credit of the people, without any legal purpose? I need my credit report to be corrected immediately, I have lowered more than 100 points, and I need the agreement of the original transaction, to complete the process, to transfer the financial responsibility of my loan, (which I have paid) According to my conversation originally with [redacted]. I even have pictures of when the day I went to look for the car, and the original emails of conversation with [redacted]. Since my car / loan has always been day, my loan will never be 40 days late, as it is in the record finacial. Now, what I ask is that you take my situation seriously, and respond within this business week to finish this, or proceed with the law.
Regards,
