Did not process registration and tag in timely manner, refused to answer my calls or emails, dishonest about process and unresponsive about solutions
Purchased a Qx60 on june 29th of this year. They charged me thousands of dollars in transaction fees to process my out of state registration, which I paid immediately. Today is October 4th and I have not received my registration or tag yet. They have given me every excuse under the sun for the consistent delays. They said they could not issue any more temporary tags so it has been 2 weeks since I have been able to legally drive the car I bought. I went in person to speak to the finance director *** who told me he would look into providing me a rental car in the meantime and would call me the following morning. He never called me and proceeded to ignore my many calls and emails the rest of the week. He was dishonest and has proven to be disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Meanwhile I am still unable to legally drive my car. They should pay for a rental car while the tag arrives so that I can get to work and my child to daycare. Since they refuse to answer my emails I should not have to pay this month's payment given that I have been unable to deive the car I purchased because of their negligence and incompetence.
