I leased an Infiniti Qx30 on December 2, 2016. On January 4, 2019 I was apprehended by the police and was notified that the plates on my car were register to my traded in vehicle. That same day I reach to the dealership to inform them of their error. The dealership did not give me proper registration until March 1, 2019. I turned in the Infiniti Qx30 on September 4, 2019 with my mileage being over by an amount of $3,198. After receiving my new contract with Infiniti, I was then sent a bill on October 3, 2019 by Infiniti Financial regarding the early terms of returning my lease. This included a bill of $7,128.72 which was not verbally explained to me or was legally addressed in my new loan contract. I then reached out to the dealership advising them of the additional charges that I was not aware of. Salesman Nate advised me that the financial manager made a mistake on my new loan contract and that they would cut me a check for $7,128.72. After several attempts of reaching out to them, I finally received a check amounting in $3,450 on October 22,2019 which was to cover the mileage that was already enrolled in my current loan. The remaining balance of $3,678.72 which included the early termination fee and taxes that I was never verbally aware of, nor contractually enrolled in my new purchase. This has resulted in several collection activities against me and has a negative impact against my credit. I have been promised on several occasions that this would be handled.
Bought a used vehicle here and within a few weeks the check engine light came on. The dealership didn't even try to make things right by it. The car service representative was very rude.
1/3: acquired vehicle possession/delivery of leased car
2/5: called Infiniti financial services and tried to create an online account after failing to receive any invoice on 2/; they did not see any account and did not have paperwork; told me to call dealership
2/6: after multiple calls to dealership and insistence to actually speak to someone, received a call back that evening-there was in issue with the contract and they would work on it and get me the invoice “soon”
2/25: reached out to financial services after not receiving any invoice/paperwork: again they saw no account or paperwork in their database
-called dealership and finance guy remembered me and asked what my hurry was, at which point I insisted on speaking to the owner, who called me and said there was still a problem with the contract and he would send John (salesman) to my office with a new contract. When I pointed out that I was continually reaching out, he responded, “Ultimately someone would’ve gotten a hold of you. We are trying to resolve this.”
-John showed up the same day with the paperwork and told me that “the day I shook your hand, I was done with you. This is not my fault.”
2/27: able to receive account online and saw a payment due with a penalty for lateness. I informed John and the owner of this and was told that it will be removed. I went ahead with the full payment so that the account wouldn’t be in any sort of issue
2/28: I get a collection call from a 1-800 number asking me to pay me outdated bill, which I actually already paid the night before. I also reminded them that I had in fact overpaid, they couldn’t help me in refunding the late fee.
-sent email to owner and left msg in voicemail. He called back and assured me that he would get the penalty waived and promised to get issue resolved on my behalf.
3/13: sent email reminding him about unresolved late fee and have yet to get a response
4/5: got unsigned form letter from John asking how our experience has been
We have contacted Infiniti Corporate and they have assured us that he will not be responsible for a late fee. It may be taking a while to come off his paperwork and because it still continues to show up we have again called Infiniti Corporate and let them know that our customer is upset and has now filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. The late charge is not going to be the responsibility of Mr. as we have guaranteed him. Thank you for everyone's patience.
On January 19, 2019, I purchase d a 2015 Infiniti Q60s from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills, IL. I found the car through the *** website. I reached out via the *** web interface to contact the dealer. I made an appointment, and I went to purchase the car, for which I paid in full via check. I purchased what was advertised as "Certified Used 2015 INFINITI Q60 S Limited" on ***, stock #*** and also in the small print was "INFINITI Certified" printed below the VIN (i have the document), this is important as all of their certified cars are advertised exactly that way on ***. About a week after purchase, I received a Fedex document from the dealership where they forgot to get me to sign a form. I singed the form and returned it. That prompted me to review all documentation and I noticed I had no documentation from the dealer that my car was indeed certified. After many emails and phone calls, the dealer told me on February 6th, this car was never actually certified which to me is blatant advertising bait and switch. I have the printout showing exactly how the car was advertised and I have another ad from their dealer that I pulled today that looks exactly like mine. I as the customer feel that I was bait and switched and the dealer does not want to hold up their end of the deal to certify the car. I have tried in good faith to resolve this with the dealer in the last 10 days to no avail. As I signed an arbitration agreement upon sale, designating Revdex.com as the arbitrator, I am asking that this case be re reviewed by an arbitrator.
The Infiniti Q60 that was purchased by Merim was never advertised by our store, ***, ***, or Infiniti USA as Infiniti Certified. When we sell Infiniti’s that are in Certified range but not offered as CPO units for whatever reason we have the customer sign the purchase agreement noting that the vehicle is not being sold as Certified. Attached to this response is a copy of our purchase agreement with NO CPO clearly listed next to his initials on a legal document signed by both customer and dealer.
Additionally, *** cannot confirm that the email snapshot provided by the customer is 100% authentic and not altered in anyway. *** also referred us to their TERMS OF SERVICE page Warranty Disclaimer.

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
1- the Dealer is not answering the question. Why they are purposefuly trying to avoid certifiying a used car, that they advertised as certified. This is blatant false advertising as you can see in the attached.
2- Based on other documentation, see attached pictures, they are even today advertising on *** "exactly" in the same shape and form as how I purchased my car.
3- They want to blame, *** for any errors, however, *** clearly states that the word "Certified" can only be used by a franchise dealer (SEE ATTACHED), which they are. Furthermore, *** does not do anything to procure content, the dealer is responsible for posting all content. *** is simply saying they can't be held directly responsible when a dealer is doing something wrong, which in this case they are, which is "Advertising a car as certified, getting a customer to come in and purchase the car, then claim after the fact, the car actually was not certified" That is false advertising and the crux of my complaint.
Sincerely,
Merim
We have never represented this car as Certified. *** is trying to figure out and find the "how and why" on why their website decided to respond to you with an automated email stating this vehicle as "Certified". The reason this car cannot and was not certified was because the previous owner installed aftermarket exhausts on the vehicle , and with that the car cannot be certified.
Don’t ever buy a used car from this dealership ever. Apparently all they sell is junk. Bought a used car and on the way home the brakes started making noises and then the suspension started clunking and then two days later it took three try’s to get the engine to start. Tried to use the exchange vehicle policy they promote and they wanted me to pay a premium on a vehicle for no reason. I would never buy any car from them ever again. They are a dealership that gives the bad name to car dealers.

The worst unhelpful service department I've never ever had to deal with such a rude service department they don't care about they customers & very unhelpful. I felt the service guy was prejudge & rushed over the conversation with my vehicle repairs & I saw him helpful to others so I decide to take my vehicle & I left without even getting service..I refuse to give business to a place that doesn't care about there customers.
If you are reading this, you are obviously looking for a car. Specifically from this dealership. Run the other way! This is my open letter to Infiniti."
Dear Infiniti of Clarendon Hills:
Did you know my entire car was repainted before you sold it to me? You did not see one of my car doors slightIy colored orange? What about the debris stuck under the paint on my front bumper? Wait, lets not forget about overspray that was stuck to the back window and around the edges of my car. I come to believe you did. After 7 months of fighting with you, showing pictures as proof, fighting your useless consumer complaint section of your corporate office, CPO of Infiniti and the Attorney General, maybe I can warn the other potential customers. It started with Used Car Manager Joseph ***, *** and a complete joke. Literally he thought everything was funny. Maybe an uncomfortable reaction. You denied my car was repainted over again even after seeing my car in the shape it was in. And lets not forget Peter *** (Owner) worst help than Joe ***. He was more happy to talk about his too small muscle dog than my car. And Greg (salesman) you are the only silver lining in this situation. Thank you for trying. And I promote you to GM! Now, you readers might say, that must have been a super used . It was a 2014 Q50 with 20,000 miles on it and it was $26,000. Mind Blown . I implore you to go to ***. Or go to ***. They will even pick you up!! Run for the hills!!!
Heres the kicker, they read my review and then declined to ASSIST me any further. Did I hurt your feelings? GOOD. Thankfully Im not who I used to be. I was finally able to get out of that piece of *** car for something brand new.
IF YOU EVER BY A CERTIFIED USED CAR REMEMBER:
***You have 10 days or 935 miles to EXCHANGE the car if you are having issues
***Take the vehicle to a mechanic and bodyshop before you buy it.
These are the things they said I didnt do, AFTER THE FACT.
