temporary license. We mailed the customer's paperwork to the wrong DMV in New Mexico. We admitted our mistake and apologized to the customer. We had a very difficult time getting the DMV in New Mexico to respond to us. We left multiple voicemails prior to getting a call back. Once we made contact, we paid the DMV to overnight the paperwork and we did everything possible on our end to expedite. Mrs. [redacted] would not stop using inappropriate language and cuss words. I explained to her, we would not tolerate that type of language but she refused and we stopped taking her calls but we continued on our end to resolve the issue.[redacted]General Manager Infiniti of Boerne[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I never requested that this dealership offer an out of state dealership tag. This is not my first vehicle that I have purchased out of state (I am a military spouse). The only reason I was purchasing a new vehicle was because I am disabled and needed something I could get in and out of more easily. I went to San Antonio to purchase a different vehicle that the dealership assured me was in perfect condition to find out after the fact that the vehicle had been repainted and the dealership tried to deny it. Mr. [redacted] is not truthful about anything in his statement. I had to contact Infiniti Consumer Affairs and the Revdex.com to get Mr. [redacted] to take me seriously and get my title to me so that I could get it registered before the dealership tag expired. THAT is when Mr. [redacted] did everything to get the title to me.
