I financed a boat through iNet in February 2018. It has been almost two and a half years and I still do not have the registration for the boat trailer so I can't use the boat. I have tried on numerous occasions and talked to several different folks to get the registration so that I can get the license plate for the trailer but to no avail. They have provided several excuses but I'm still without a registration. I am at a loss for what to do and clearly this is an ongoing issue with this company based on the other complaints.
As a resident of ***, it is a requirement and policy for all residents to come into their local Motor Vehicles Office, to provide proof of Residency and a current County Tax Receipt. A Registration Card and License Plates will be issued to him at the time of his visit, once he appears at the office to complete his Resident requirements. Our Title Specialist spoke to *** at the ***, *** DMV office and she confirmed that her office had made numerous attempts by phone and letters had been directed to Mr ***. The *** office has had possession of Mr *** Title Application since our mailing to them via FedEx on 8/29/2019. Mr *** phone # reflected on the Title Application was provided to us by him at the time of application. On the Customer Experience information page, we noticed that Mr *** has a different phone# as well a different home address and we have provided that new number and address to *** at the *** DMV office. She will contact him @ *** to complete his requirements for Registration and plate issuance. Had Mr. contacted iNet, we would have quoted him the *** DMV resident requirements for the issuance of his Boat Registration and Trailer Plates. We would have contacted the *** office, as we have already done, to validate that his Documents have been waiting for him to complete in person. As a *** resident, Mr *** should have been aware of his requirements to obtain Registration and Plates for any and all of his Vehicles and or Vessels. Respectfully, Michael
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because I purchased the boat in February 2018 and the company admittedly didn't get my title until August 2019, a year and a half later. Then try to say it's my fault because my address changed. Well, my phone number has been the same for over 20 years and I've talk to ***, ***, ***, ***, and *** at the office and they had no issue contacting me.
The registration has been received and I have nothing more to say, other than an acceptance and an apology would have sufficed in the response instead of trying to put it on me.
Regards
I purchased a 2017 Coachman camper on July 23, 2019. My financing was done by iNet. As of today, October 9, 2019, I still do not have a registration or license plate. I cannot use a camper that I purchased almost 3 months ago. I have contacted Inet multiple times and I keep getting the same answer "we are working on it". On September 24, 2019, *** told me that she was working on the title work and that I should have a tracking number by September 27, 2019. I did not receive said tracking number. I asked for a supervisor to contact me on October 1, 2019. I still have not received a response to the email or a call back or the tracking number. There is no sense in it taking this long to receive my documents. I have paid 3 payments on a camper that we cannot travel legally with in Louisiana.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID0, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Yes, thank you.

We started the process of using iNet to fund a purchase of our boat on 5/22/19. The boat was funded by 5/31/19. After multiple un-returned attempts of phone calls, voicemails, emails, and online inquiries, we still do not have our paperwork to register our boat and title the trailer. Not even a bill of sale.
After multiple attempts a staff member has finally responded to our emails but can not give us a date in which we can expect to receive the paperwork. The time period for registering it after purchase in the state of Nebraska has passed.
MS. loan was funded on 5/30/2019.As per the attached nebraska DMV report the title was issued 7/24/2019This timeframe is within industry standards as iNet has no control over any backlogs the Nebraska DMV might be experiencing at any given time.Nebraska DMV only requires that they are in receipt of the Transfer applications before 30 days after sale in order to avoid any penalties whichwe had to the state well within the allotted time frame. From there it is subject to the state backlog as to when the actual title is issued.Thank you,Michael Jones
Took out a loan for a motorhome was promised that they would get the vehicle registered in a timely fashion. It is now been over 30 days I have already had to make my first payment on the Moterhome I purchased and cannot use it because they still have not gotten registration done on the vehicle. I have called several times and been told different answers every time, they receive the title the day that the loan was funded yet I still have no registration
Mr*** loan was funded on 6/3/2019.As per the attached Massachusetts DMV report the title was issued 8/9/2019.This timeframe is within industry standards as we unfortunately have no control over anybacklogs there may be at a state's DMV offices at any given time.
