I order a side table and tracked it through the tracking number that the company provided. It shows delivered to my mailbox but it was not in my mailbox instead was a bag of masks from china. I contacted the company and they said call the post office, they can't do anything other than show a item was delivered, and then they said see if any neighbors or family signed for it. If it shows delivered in the mailbox how would anyone sign for it? I tried calling the company but the number provided is not a valid number. The address for this company is in New York but the products ship from china and they should post that. I have reached out to the company demanding a solution either in product or refund of money and have not heard back.
