Indy TV Repair

I ordered a mother board. It was suppose to be mailed to my home. It went to Midwest Telephone instead. I was called to pick up my mother board. When I got there the salesman hands me a mother board. The problem is, an item that was suppose to be sent to me was sent to Midwest Telephone and was opened by Midwest Telephone. Leaving me to feel unsure if this is the original item sent. The item given me had no paper work, no documentation of any kind. They said they will refund my money with in a week. But they were not so kind as to share the address of the third part so I could order my own mother board.
