services we provided in this instance did not meet the high standards we strive by. As a result of our investigation, we did find error caused by a miscalculation by our operations manager. To address all of the customer's concerns, we have sent her a letter of explanation with full detail of work, receipts and corrections made due to our error. As a result of this we have issued a refund check for $300 to the customer. A copy of these documents have been provided with this letter. I would like to apologize for the error made by our company. We have modified our system and implemented a verification process to prevent any re-occurrence. I have spoke with the customer and plan to follow up accordingly.
