I placed an order for bags on August and was informed that I would receive my order in 2-weeksAfter placing my order I did not receive a confirmation number or email but the money was removed from my account almost immediatelyFor five days I called the business multiple time, emailed, left voicemails, even used social media to get a hold of themI never received a call back or responsesWhen finally someone picked up on the fifth day of calling they finally sent me a confirmation of my purchase which was the 11th of AugustI was still under the impression that I would still receive my items within 2-weeks until August I was informed I won't receive my items for another 3-weeksThis ruins my deadlineI have tried calling to cancel my order and have not been able to get a hold of anyone

We placed an order with this company on March 26,(#***) Payment was made and received by the company ,but no status on the delivery of order is availableIn fact the only status update received on the order is being processedNo one is available by phone regardless of of whom you call at the displayed phone number 518-828-Several messages left regarding this issue also, to no avail
