Review: Ordered orange safety smoke flares in bulk, approximately $500 worth. They are used as a USCG required part of safety equipment aboard boats.Flares are sold with a 3 year expiration date.Flares that were shipped to us were 2 years old already, and therefore expire in less than a year from date of purchase.Have made REPEATED attempts over the past YEAR by phone and email to request replacements. They have never returned a phone call, and their phone number goes to a call service.Emails are infrequently answered. They did claim to be in the process of sending replacements, but so far no replacements and no tracking numbers, etc etc.Desired Settlement: Replacement with unexpired product or refund of payment.
