Either this company has staff who do not have any idea what they are doing or they purposefully mess up jobs in order to have to come back and double and triple charge their clients
Either way, it's best to avoid this company
University Sprinklers installed our irrigation system for the home we moved into in April of In late October/early November of 2015, we discovered water flowing from outside our house which, it turns out, was a break in a tee jointI took video of what the break looked like, then turned the exterior water off By this time, much of the rock and gravel had eroded around the area, which was the only reason we noticed the water flowing in the first placeAs early as we could, we got University Sprinklers out to take a look, as they were the company that handled the start up and shut down of the systems as the seasons change The worker who came asked who installed this type of tee (a shark tee, he told me) I answered that I honestly didn't remember and asked him why The University Sprinklers employee answered that this piece never should have been used because it could fail when put below groundI later found out that it was his own company, University Sprinklers, that ins
We had a horrible experience with University Sprinklers, who were the original installers of our system and also did regular maintenanceAfter less than years, a piece of the pipe they used underground broke, resulting in a massive water leakA utility bill of ~$*** resulted and even though the city issued a leak adjustment, we were still left with over $*** billUS refused any liability even though THEIR worker told us that the broken piece should never have been used in soil conditions like oursA recall was never issued and they refused any responsibilityWe will not use US again
