I order a recumbent bike advertised on their site as a gift, but they were out of stock even though it was advertised as in stock. So they offered me another bike. I decided to accept that iffer originally, but a few hours later decided I wanted my original bike after reading poor reviews on the one they were trying to replace it with.
I tried immediately to contact them by onlune chat and phone and have left four messages with my callback number over a week and they are no longer able to be contacted.
I am afraid my money is gone and this is a scam.
The website is still up and running.
Why can’t they be contacted, no one will answer or return calls and there is no one on there online chat ..... i’m texting my questions to no one - I never get a response.
Please contact me and let me know - I don’t want to loose 600$
We take our customer service very seriously and our flawless track record reflects that. In this case, an item was out of stock and we offered the customer an upgrade to a different model which he accepted. He tried to reach us several times after business hours to discuss the order, after which we tried MANY times to reach out to the customer via phone and e-mail and he was never available. Finally, he responded and confirmed to proceed with the replacement model and it was shipped and delivered to him and he is now a happy customer. *** tracking #: ***
