I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved I do appreciate that Neil Huffman Subaru was prompt and apologetic about the situation, and that they offered two choices of resolution I accepted their offer to refund a portion of the charges, and respect their willingness to make this "right." Individual has been contacted via email, which has a detailed apology, as well as a detailed offer to cover the cost of the repair, which owner had asked us to diagnose during their visit, in lieu of a refund on the diagnostic charge. The repair carries a $282.38 charge, which would outstrip the...

initial diagnostic fee, and offer a 12 month/12K miles warranty and the use of genuine manufacturer parts. The owner was advised in the email, that if they prefer to merely have a refund for the diagnostic charge of $98.00, we will send a check forthwith. We await their reply.
