Indoor Climate Systems

Review: Indoor recommended and installed a [redacted] high efficiency furnace in my home. After a few service visits for which they charged they have decided to not support the installation anymore. Unit has failed completely on several occasions, leaving my family without heat for days. The reason I care about Indoor at this point is that subsequent companies have raised issues about the installation. For example, we have had 3 birds/nests enter the system because Indoor was not able to control this problem. I have also been told system needs to be calibrated. We have also had other failures. In short, after collecting over $10k for the installation, Indoor has left me and my family in the cold. They do not even care enough to return calls during emergencies.Desired Settlement: We place this complaint only to alert other potential customers about this company. There is nothing they can do to change the fact that they have abandoned their customer and installation. We would like to preclude someone else from being suckered into removing a working furnace (as we did) with the promise of trouble free heat and installer support. Clearly Indoor's profit was in the original installation, not the subsequent support my family required.

Review: I have an annual Service Contract with this business. I made an appointment with this business for service as per my contract and they were NOT only a no show but no call or anything. Every time I call their office all I get is an answering regardless of how messages I leave, they NEVER return my calls.Desired Settlement: If they ARE not going to honor my Service Contract which is fully paid for then I would expect a full refund of the price of the Service Contract since they clearly are not going to honor the contract.
