On 3-24-20 we ordered a spice product which we assumed would be a dry ingredient. Unfortunately, the product delivered was in a paste/sauce form which we prefer not to use. We e-mailed the business on 3-31-20 expressing our disappointment and wanting to return the item(s) for a refund. Their response came on 4-02-20 in which they stated that what was delivered was the right item. We, in turn, responded that NO, the items received were not what we were expecting and again wanted to return the items for a refund. NO RESPONSE.
On 4-12-20 we e-mailed their customer service again, complaining about their lack of correspondence to resolve the issues. To our amazement, their response was once again insisting that the right items were delivered therefore would NOT accept any returns.

Order #11620 was placed on 1/26/2020. Received the package on 2/5/2020 with such a poor packaging. I ordered 2 powder spices and both plastic container are cracked and spilled everywhere - I can't use them. I also ordered 2 packages of Indonesian Bay leaf, they are smushed/crushed. One of the instant noodle packaging are also opened and spilled everywhere- can't use it. I contacted them on 2/6/2020, 2nd attempt on 2/9/2020, and then on their FaceBook on 2/12/2020 - no respond.
