I was shopping around for health insurance and see which one would offer me the best. When I got the chance to talk to a second agent, I think his name was Dan or something like that. He was straight up rude and does not deserve to be in this kind of business. He told me I was wasting his time and wasted someone else's time as well. I was telling him my situation and just call me straight up poor then hang up on me! What kind of service are you guys giving to your customer!!! You guys give the worst service I've ever had.
