Sent: Tuesday, January 06, 5:PMTo: drteamSubject: Revdex.com CASE # [redacted] In response to Revdex.com CASE # [redacted] I understand this customer had an issue with his order The first I was made aware of the issues was via email sent from the customer on 12/20/ I reviewed this email on Monday 12/22/14, at which time I made every effort to correct the situation I sent Mr [redacted] an email to follow up and received no response The order was placed on our website on 11/30/ The majority of the order was shipped on 12/02/via ***, and Proof of Delivery from [redacted] states that the package was left at the front door on 12/05/ One of the items was out of stock, so we had to airfreight it in from our parent company in ***, at no charge to the customer As soon as the item arrived, it was sent to the customer on 12/12/via ***, and Proof of Delivery from [redacted] states that the package was left at the front door on 12/17/ Unfortunately our warehouse neglected to ship a couple of the mounting screws with one of the items I was not made aware of this until the customer's email from 12/20/ Upon reading this on 12/22/14, I shipped the missing parts the same day via ***, and Proof of Delivery from [redacted] states that the package was delivered on 12/23/ Every effort was made to complete this order satisfactorily, and I believe this complaint has no merit We make every effort to response to our customers, whether it's by phone or email I welcome any follow up to further discuss Thanks, Keith S [redacted]
