I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
A waiver was signed, but to my understanding this waiver indicated that the designated stylist could work on my hair because it was colored recently, that was it. There was no discussion with the stylist or any other stylists/management in which they advised against coloring my hair. I was told that it would be no issue whatsoever to achieve what I had in mind. If this had been the case, I would not have gone through with the service. Unfortunately this discussion never took place.
After my second visit in which the color was to be corrected and the issue was not resolved due to lack of communication among management and staff, as well as scheduling for the stylist, there were no further attempts by the salon to correct the color mistake or fully resolve this issue.

To whom it may concern:We have responded directly to this customer several times. The series of events, as described by the complaint are not accurate.  The guest signed a waiver regarding her service based upon our advice not to color her hair as she wished.   She has tried...

several time to have her charges reversed and those attempts have been denied as well.  We do guarantee our service however, this guest did not follow our protocol for care.  This case is closed.
