I have not received two orders I placedI have called twice only to be told that someone will call me backof course no one doesthey say there is no one available to call me back but will escalate my call as it is urgent

We sincerely apologize for the excessive charges, our admin system was in the
process of transitioning from an old admin to a new admin system, your
subscription was caught in a cancellation on one end but inadvertently left
opened on another. We have since closed all the gaps and issued you a refund
for your charges,$47.70 refunded. Please let us know if we can be of further
assistance.

I purchased a stream which Indiepix claimed would be available for 72 hours but which in fact they deleted after 48 hours, thereby not providing the product for which I paid. The worst aspect is that I have written their so-called customer servive *5 times* over the course of almost a month and have had no reply. The other complaints here attest to indiepix's unacceptable business practices. I demand the prompt delivery of the product I paid for (I was not able to complete viewing as it was removed before the promised time), an explanation of why they persistently ignore customers' message and an apology for all of the above.
Review: I have contacted them several times to cancel my service. Their website doesn't let you cancel and you never hear back. I have also called multiple times, and no one answers or calls back. In the meantime, they keep billing my credit card, even after my credit card number has changed and the credit card company put future denials on their requests, they change their business number or something shady to continue billing my credit card. I noticed in January/February, but it has been going on for months as I cancelled and got a new card number about a year ago which I thought would resolve the issue. They are like leeches.Desired Settlement: At a minimum, stop billing customers who cancel your service! I believe I should be repaid for overbilling for the entire period.

Review: I paid $4.99 for a documentary on this site yet was never able to see it. My account, which I opened in September, was suspended in October for no apparent reason. When I inquired about this, they did not respond. My debit account keeps being charged $7.95 monthly for a subscription I have repeatedly asked them to cancel since October, 2014. The total IndiePix owes me comes to $31.80 in monthly fee charges, plus $4.99 for the film, for a total of $36.79.
I have written to IndiePix seven times since October and have never received a response; however, I do know they have received my messages.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my money ($36. 79), notice of FULL cancellation of my account, and a written apology.
