I ordered an item from this company on 30 November 2019 and on 5 December it was marked as delivered by DHL tracking. I have, at no point, been in possession of this item. E-mails to this company have proven to be unsuccessful in resolving the issue. I just want a refund of my money.
He opened up a *** dispute for non delivery. We are waiting for him to confirm his address. But I do see that it was delivered. If we heard back from him we could reship it. Tracking Number: *** delivered 12/5
Literally 10 mins away from me and I call to buy merch instead of get it shipped and they hang up. To funny. What a scam.
We are not a scam. We simply do not have a storefront as all of our business is done online as we are an online retailer.
I ORDERED A HOODIE JACKET FOR MY SON ON NOVEMBER 27 OF 2017. I HAD TO SET UP A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PLACE MY ORDER. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION WITH A ORDER # *** FROM INDIEMERCHSTORE KNOWING THIS WAS A PRE ORDER FOR JANUARY 5 2018
IVE EMAILED THEM AND CALLED 13 TIMES AND I GET NOTHING,
THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! I WANT TO KNOW WHEN I WILL BE GETTING THE HOODIE! I PAID $92.15

The company stated the first e-mail contact from the consumer was 1/10/18. The company stated they advised the consumer that the item specified in the description that the expected delivery date was 2/16/18. The company stated the item actually shipped on 2/1/18 and was delivered on 2/3/18.
2/8/18 telephone response received from consumer as follows:
The consumer stated she was upset because they originally told her that the order would be delivered by January 5, 2018, no one ever told her it would not be until February. The consumer stated she called to complain and called and called- never got a response. The consumer stated she did not get a response until she contacted the Revdex.com- then the company told her it would not be delivered until February. The consumer stated she does have the merchandise now and it's fine.
