I attempted to renew my license plates onlineI clicked on this siteIt looked officialIt even had the *** logoIt said that I was renewing my license plates until I hit process paymentThen, I saw that I was going to receive information on how to renew my licenseI promptly went to the *** siteI did not pay my renewalIndianadriverslicense.*** said it charged me about $I called my bank and cancelled the payment as well as my card because they now have my card informationAfter a little research, I went back and found that the website states that it is not affiliated with the government although, it is not easy to see at firstI emailed the contact email (no phone number was given)They have now sent me an email stating that I need to contact them via phone to request a refundI plan to do so!

I attempted to renew my license plates online. I clicked on this site. It looked official. It even had the [redacted] logo. It said that I was renewing my license plates until I hit process payment. Then, I saw that I was going to receive information on how to renew my license. I promptly went to the [redacted] site. I did not pay my renewal. Indianadriverslicense.[redacted] said it charged me about $23.00. I called my bank and cancelled the payment as well as my card because they now have my card information. After a little research, I went back and found that the website states that it is not affiliated with the government although, it is not easy to see at first.
I emailed the contact email (no phone number was given). They have now sent me an email stating that I need to contact them via phone to request a refund. I plan to do so!
