Review: Stayed for our granddaughters graduation from [redacted] May 9-10, 2014 and was doubled billed. We had two rooms reserved and was billed a total of four times. Billed on May 9, 2014 from SUPER 8 MOTEL [redacted] and again on May 11, 2014 from [redacted] Have made several attempts to resolve this matter of the double billing and as of today, May 27, 2014 a reimbursement has not been made. Would not recommend this location. Very dissatisfied with the lack of assistance in resolving this situation. As a retired couple and on a fixed income, their double billing has caused us a great hardship.Desired Settlement: Need reimbursed $523.16. This is causing us a financial hardship.

Review: I stayed at Indiana Inn 10/11/13 told gentleman at desk I would pay cash but he asked for a credit card. He told us that it was just an imprint he needed. We left the next morning and a few days later there was a charge on my statement( for motel 8 Indiana pa) They changed the name of the motel. I have make 6 phone calls to get a refund. I am told every time that someone will get back to me in 24 hours. No one ever calls back. I have to call back to follow-up.Desired Settlement: want refund for 98.09 for my stay
