Feb. 24-26th I went without water, I have called several times to find out why, there was not a b***ing issue at all and EVERY single customer service rep I spoke to gave me a different reason I was without water. I even spoke to a Call center supervisor whose name was Matt or Matthew which I couldn't get back in contact with and Betty H who I believe is a manager. I have missed work, kids at different relatives houses and had to arrange for my grandmother to be transported somewhere that can accommodate her with an breathing tank. I also had techs at my home at 11pm and st*** no water. I have asked several times regarding credit to my account for the inconvenience and was told on the 25th to call back if it was not back on. Which I did but not one single rep from this company noted my account. after getting my service back up and running due to some project they had going on. Betty stop answering my calls have not returned a call at all and today is March 5th! I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience of not having water for 3 days at the least! Can you imagine 3 days WITHOUT going to the bathroom in your home but cant leave because you may miss a technician!
Service was off due to lead service line replacement. Customer signed up for the program, IURC does not allow for compensation for "inconvenience"
I am rejecting this response because:
I didn't enroll into any program NOR did anyone make me aware of a "program" until the 12am going into the third day without water. I advised them then that I am a renter that doesn't have the authority to allow anyone to change anything inside this home the OWNER needs to make that decision. Compensation should be given because this "program" had my water off for 3 days. I am a paying customer it should not have took 3 days to let me know what the problem was. I was told it was do to a major pipe leak but then told it wasn't only to be told that my water SHOULD BE ON THAT there wasn't any issue.
