I am rejecting this response because: Indian wells resort hotel stated I had received a reimbursement of $for my stay during of 3/20/to 3/22/that Expedia had been contacted and refund had occurred however; that statement is have not received a refund as the reservation didn't take place with Expedia it was thru ticketsatwork.comI will forward the reservation along with this to proof which company was used to book the stayThank you!

Hello Miriam, I'm emailing you in behalf of Dave Nichols in regards to [redacted] ***We would like to apologize for the problem she experienced while staying at our resort, we have contacted Ecolab to inspect this room I have also contacted Expedia and asked for a full refund for her reservation Please let me know if you need any further information from me (Expedia has also refunded her credit card)

Indian wells resort hotel stated I had received a reimbursement of $222.84 for my stay during of 3/20/17 to 3/22/17 that Expedia had been contacted and refund had occurred however; that statement is false have not received a refund as the reservation didn't take place with Expedia it was thru ticketsatwork.com. I will forward the reservation along with this to proof which company was used to book the stay. Thank you!
