To Whom it May Concern: The reference information for the above mentioned complaint is below: What had happened is that an application came in from the complainants daughter online for an apartment that was being rented in person at the same time.  The community is currently leased at...

99.57% and there was no alternate apartment for the online applicant. When the overlap was caught it was immediately discussed with our corporate office to see if we could refund the ACH to the online customer.  This was not possible and paperwork was filed on the 19th with the accounting department to have a paper check issued to the applicant as soon as possible for the full amount paid.  This option was discussed with the applicant and the address to mail the refund was verified for processing on the 18th.  This check has already been approved and will be cut and mailed this week.  There must have been some miscommunication from father to daughter as the complaint was filed two days after the office had spoken with the applicant and a day after the paperwork had been filed with our accounting department for the refund. Please let me know if you need additional information or if you have further questions. Thank you for your time and attention. Donald H.
