Indian River Glass

They came and measured for a glass shower enclosure to be installed by my contractor, when it was delivered and he went to install it one of the panels was too short, he phoned them in the correct measurement and they shipped a new panel after one week, when he went to install this he found that they had forgot to drill the glass for the brackets, for some reason they could not drill the glass themselves (which I don't understand if they are a glass company) but had to order another panel which took another week,
I had to pay for my contractor to come back an additional two times, not to mention the additional costs I incurred, so it was a complete shock when I discovered that they had the nerve to charge my contractor for the new glass,
