earrings on February 23, 2016, but the items were backordered.  She then attempted to find another pair, but
after establishing that another comparable pair could not be provided, she completed
a refund on February 26, 2016.  After
processing the refund, Ms. R[redacted] received an E-mail where you communicated
that the shipping fee of $3.81 had not been refunded to you.  Upon notification, she immediately processed
a refund of the shipping fee to your PayPal account. 
We understand and sympathize with your frustration, as your
shipping fee should have been processed with the original refund.  Please accept my apologies for your
inconvenience, and also my assurance that this was human error, not company
