I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not satisfied with the resolution because Indian Hair company didn't try to resolve ANYTHING knowing that I was dissatisfied with the product. The least they could've done was to try to see what, if anything would satisfy me, however nothing was done on there end to rectify the problem, no phone call/email, NOTHING, which speak volumes on customer service or the lack thereof.

She had placed an order for two bundles of hair on a different order for which the order amount was $391.00 and since the hair was already installed (Already used by the customer for more that 15days) As per company policy, we could not take that hair back or provide a refund for that order. Review: This was my first time ordering "any" kind of human hair which this company was chosen based upon the reviews on their website despite the reviews being from the year 2012. My initial conversation was with [redacted] prior to ordering about me trying to get a promo online code to save money since the product was so expensive she declined saying there wasn't any & I began to explain this is my first time ordering & such. Soon after I placed my order, upon arrival everything was fine the hair was soft but I noticed it was'nt natural black as ordered more dark brown which wasn't a big issue being that the hair could be dyed. After installation, I noticed some hair sticking up at the roots & it was the weft, when I got home I ran to see all the remaining hair was exactly the same. I called customer service & there explanation was its done that way to "prevent shedding". There is no logical reason why such expensive hair should be done this way. If I can describe it, if your holding the weft up, the hair is cut completely across right underneath the weft, I have pictures. Even I being a "virgin" to buying hair KNOW that this isn't right & there is no way in the world someone can convince me otherwise. I personally believe this bad hair was intentionally sent based upon my conversation before order as if I wouldn't know any better. I used all but 1 bundle which I returned asap. I am extremely upset & dissapointed with my hair but more importantly, the lack of service received to fix it.Desired Settlement: Refund all or portion of charges OR replace hair with same hair you would send a famous celebrity

Review: I've been a long time customer of the Indian Hair Company and recently had a bad experience. I purchased hair that tangled up into a ball on my head. I only had the hair installed 3 days before it tangled up into a ball. I never washed it, I only curled it with a hot iron. I've tried contacting them regarding my experience and no one has returned my emails. I believe this was an isolated experience since I've been purchasing hair from them since 2012. Nonetheless, I am disappointed and would like this situation resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the hair that was purchased.

[redacted] placed order for our products 4/26/2014 and we have verified this information. We became aware of her complaint only after reading about it at Revdex.com communication. We have never received any phone calls or email from this customer notifying us about this complain. However, we contacted Ms. [redacted] today and resolved the issue to her satisfaction. She indicated that she will withdraw her complain from Revdex.com.
