Review: I have booked tickets from the ticketing agent india flying inc for a round trip from toronto to mumbai on etihad airways for [redacted] jan 2015 and return on [redacted] may 2015 on [redacted] nov 2014 for 3 adults and 3 infants and deposited the invoice amount of $3000 on [redacted] nov2014 to the provided bank of montreal account in Toronto CANADA as it said in the invoice sent to me by india flying inc.the booking agent [redacted] sent me the ticket on [redacted] nov 2014 and when I checked with etihad airways after * dec 2014 I came to know that there is no certain kind of booking in my name,then I called indiaflying , and [redacted] said that my ticket is confirmed and my booking is good, and he will provide a new reference no for my booking, and he just delayed it everyday till around third week of december 2014 and then he said he is on leave because of his wifes pregnancy and he will send me the email with the reference no as he goes back to work,and then I tried to contact their office no ###-###-#### and it was out of service,I even tried to call [redacted] personal no, but he is not answering it, when I tried to communicate with the office email they said that they sent my details to etihad airways and they will send me the emails with my booking details and e ticket no. in next 12-24 hours, I never received the email from etihad since 4 days and I am trying to contact the office email and phone no, but office no. is out if service and emails are not replied, I am still trying to contact them but I am unable to get reply from them, as I only have two weeks to fly and I am still not provided a ticket after paying them on the second day of booking my ticket.me and my wife and suffering from lots of stress due to this long delay in getting ticket.so can you please please please please help me with this problem.thanksDesired Settlement: I just want to have my tickets as I booked, or I want to have 100% refund as soon as possible.
