Independent Termite & Pest Control

Review: I am not one to usually gripe about businesses or business owners as I myself run a small business in Delaware. I will have to say [redacted] of Independent Termite and Pest Control is very unprofessional. We had contacted him after we bought our house as a recommendation to treat for Carpenter Ants and Bees. After several unreturned phone calls and left messages he finally called my fiancé back to schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment he never showed. She called to find out why and he stated it was raining. We did not know he could not come out because of rain and he never called us to let us know or reschedule. When he came out on the rescheduled date he was a half hour late. Again, he never called to let us know he was running late and we were waiting for him.

After all was said and done a week or so later we still had Carpenter Ants in out attic. I called him to let him know and we scheduled for him to come out to retreat on Monday 5/11 at 3 pm This would mean I would need to leave work early to meet him. That morning at 11 am I called him and left him a message that I would be there at 3 pm and if he had any problems to let me know. [redacted] never showed. I called him to voice my displeasure with his service and as of Wednesday 5/13/15 he has not responded back. I would strongly discourage anyone from using Independent Termite and Pest Control in the future. Unless you want to wait around for return calls and missed appointments.Desired Settlement: I wish for him to refund the money so we can get a proper company to perform the service
