My F-has been sitting at this dealership waiting for repairs since Saturday, 12/5/ It has a transmission problem They have not even completed diagnostics It is under full Ford warranty, and I am a life-long Ford customer I also grew up in this town Today, after numerous excuses, delays, and not doing what the svc mgr and GM told me they were going to do on specific timelines, I am having the truck towed to a different Ford dealership for service A few months ago, I took my disabled sister here to buy a Ford Fiesta with 50% cash down payment The salesman tried to convince me that a Focus was a Fiesta He had no Fiestas in stock With 50% down, they said they couldn't get her financed at less than 10% interest The next day, I drove her to another Ford dealership in ETX and bought exactly the car she wanted with 50% cash down and PRIME Ford credit financing for the remaining balance...hassle-free I will never...under any circumstances...take a vehicle to this dealership or purchase a vehicle from this dealership Go to another dealership! It will be worth the drive

Today, after numerous excuses, delays, and not doing what the svc mgr and GM told me they were going to do on specific timelines, I am having the truck towed to a different Ford dealership for service.
