The billing practices of this firm are very questionable and need to be investigated further. Detailed information is available upon request and for all further complain filings. This organization provided a service that was in mutual agreement and paid in full both with cash/insurance prior to any services being conducted. Thereafter, additional charges surfaced unknowingly or in agreement from inception. After these charges we're questioned and explored to be 100% fault of the Modern Touch Dentistry of these charges that did not apply are to be removed. However, Modern Touch Dentistry decided to send these overcharged fees to a 3rd party collection agency. This type of business behavior seems to be a pattern with Modern Touch Dentistry and needs further investigation by others.
