Independent Motorcycles

Review: Hi,

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in June of 2015. That same month, June of 2015, my motorcycle was taken to Independent Motorcycles in Chandler, AZ for repairs. During that time I have been advised on several occasions by the owner, Robert *. B[redacted], that the repair was near completion. The owner has also admitted that he misled me regarding the time frame when the motorcycle would be finished. For the last 3 months I have been told that it was sent out to be painted. My insurance company already disbursed the funds for the repair after Independent Motorcycles advised them of the cost of repairs which was less than one month of the claim evaluation.

I have called and spoken to the Robert B. B[redacted] the owner of Independent Motorcycles several times in the past few weeks and I was told yet again today, December 12, 2015, that my motorcycle is still waiting to be painted.

I have also spoken to a local Harley-Davidson Dealership and I was advised the time frame for a repair as minor as mine was should not take longer than 30-45 days at the most.
