My wife and I have been attempting to get a $refund from them since last yearToday is March 31, Proofs were returned (because the photography was terrible) on December 2, We were told the refund was made on December 8, We did receive a partial refund on December 8, 2015, for one of our sons but the second refund was never receivedMy wife was told last month it was made to a different credit card (not ours.) We have now been told that their system does not allow for refunds to siblingsFinally my wife asked me to call because it is just too frustratingIn keeping with the rest of their frustrated customers I wish I could give them negative starsThey are with out a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with
