To whom it may concern: We recently received the attached letter stating a past customer of ours had filed a complaint with your companyOur company, Independent Homes, Incwanted to make a formal response to this letter.This customer purchased a singlewide mobile home from us in September ofThe home was a Titan HomeThese homes are built in Sangerfield, NYWhen purchasing a home from Titan Homes, the retailcustomer receives what is known as a 1-year cosmetic warrantyAfter delivering and setting up this customer's home, our company did formally send in a request for service to Titan HomesA service repair man came out and took care of the issues that the customer stated was incorrect with their home (please see attached.) Several, several months went by and I was contacted by this customer againThey knew their !-year warranty on cosmetic repairs was going to expire soon so they wanted to give me another list of items they wanted taken care of by the builder Titan HomesI formally submitted that request into Titan HomesHowever, once Titan became aware that this home was performing servicePlease see the attached letter from Titan Homes (i.e"The warranty does not cover performing servicePlease see the attached letter from Titan Homes (i.e"The warranty does not cover the home if it is used for anything other than private residential occupancy, including but not limited to commercial use or rental property.") l did let the customer know that their refrigerator held it's own warranty through it's actual manufacturerand that the warranty on that had not expired yetI gave them the toll free number to Whirlpool and told them to give them a call with the serial number of the appliance and Whirlpool would cover this issue for them.Please also be aware that our company, Independent Homes, Incis no longer a member of the Revdex.com.lf your company takes the action to place this information on your website, we will take the appropriate action to make sure this does not occurThank you for your time, J.BB [redacted] , Jr.-Pres
