Title companies are not responsible for filings or recordings of documents that take place post closing that were not a part of the closing itself. I am rejecting this response because:The contract was not honored by the seller in responding to the release of earnest money when originally requested. They have avoided & discontinued all contact. The sellers also went through another title company to hide closing on the home with another buyer and keep my earnest money to keep me from moving on.

This procedure is common to settlement agents inTexas and consistent with our duty of neutrality.Tell us why here...
