Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because they suck they told me they lost my things and I will not sit and have them go on about them doing a job if they would have done it right the first time there would not be nothing missing I would have my things and I would not be sitting here with $3,366.00 worth of damage on things they broke and more than that with things still missing .so as far as that goes they stole it. And as far as that goes we had to call them they only called us back twice we had to call and call to get them to do any thing if they even did and that is the first time they said anything about the money .I don't care about $250.00 I just want my things that is missing back and not broken cause if it comes back I know they will break it cause that is the type of people that works there.
Sincerely,[redacted] Charles & Brenda

The customer has been calling our office about missing items and is unhappy with our service and we understand this. There has been a couple of unwanted incidents on this job and again we apologize. The first call we got from this customer was about us damaging a wall or two, no problem we sent over...
a contractor to get it fix right away. We have completed delivery and customer is claiming missing and stolen money. As for the missing items we are still in search for them. Customer also claim that money was stolen, we also take this very serious and am also investigating the crew that pick the customer up. We asked the customer to file a claim so that we can get her complaint going, she address me that she is concern about the .60 cents per pound rule, from there I let the customer know that once the claim is process I can do my part and seek further compensations.
