Although the exact date of the complainant's visit was not provided, there was an incident around that date with some similarities.According to the store manager this the complaint involved may be one of a handful of people who have been involved in problems with multiple merchants in our shopping center. We also received complaints from customers regarding them.If this is the same person or persons, they have been banned from the shopping center premises by the shopping center owners and security team, not by Incredible Pets. They are fully aware of this fact. They were approached by the shopping center security guard who saw them in our store. She told our manager that she was going to ask them to leave, which she did. We respect and support the judgement of the security team and owners of the center.These decisions are not made lightly by the shopping center owners and we appreciate the opportunity to respond to this inaccurate complaint.If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to call our main office at (530) 885-4960. Review: Well we walked into the store with my friend wanting to buy my little cousin a couple of goldfish to make him happy since it was his birthday.So we walked to the fish section and I was talking with a couple of employees about some fish. We were in the store for about 10 minutes looking at all the fish for the best one for my cousin. When we were ready to select the fish we wanted ,the store owner and a female security guard asked us to leave for apparently no reason, I told the owner that we were going to purchase a couple fish and he said he did not care, we left the store very angry because we got kicked out for no reason. We were very nice to the employees but the owner and security were rude towards us.Desired Settlement: I want a apology from the owner and a explanation for why they kicked us out of the store.
