Review: I needed to transfer my membership from one location to another. They are forcing customers to transition from using a credit card to using my bank account. If you look on their site they say that you can use either a credit card or bank account but will not let you transfer your account using a credit card. They told me I would have to cancel my account to transfer it over to another location. They charged me a yearly $39 fee a month ago and told me they would not refund it.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $39.
