We paid $153.20 for our daughter’s birthday party to be held on April 25th, 2020 from 930am until noon. Due to Covid and them not being open, they were unable to hold the party for my daughter. I’ve called, emailed and Facebook messaged them with no response in any form.
Hi,
We have been and are still closed. Our credit card processing company took our ability to process anything offline. We recently had it put back online on June 25th. This customer was given her full refund on June 26th. We are sorry for any inconvenience however these COVID 19 times are hard to navigate. It was refunded to the credit card ending in 9975 for$153.05.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 14444562, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

On 10/4/2019 my son was not allowed to attend a friend's birthday party. My son was very disappointed and cried. This is a family entertainment business for all children. It is very sad that my son was clueless as what the general manager was accusing him. I feel as a parent that it was not noted to me about any problems with my son. My son is very depress and is not able to understand. He is suffering from depression due to this issue with this place because he has been coming here since his was a little child. Please note, that if this is not fix I will be forced to call the police file a complaint and I will contact the social media and Milwaukee news.
I have read the complaint submitted (ID#***) to the Revdex.com of Wisconsin on 10/04/19. Ms *** version of events is a complete misrepresentation of the facts in an attempt to advance her agenda of retaliation. I will clear up those deceptions point by point below. Additionally I am attaching three internal documents (incident reports) that were completed as events unfolded that provide more detail as to what has occurred. With phrases like “he cried” and “not able to understand” the complainant made her son sound like a little boy. The young man in question is actually 14 years old and should be VERY capable of understanding consequences. As a private business we have a zero tolerance policy for physical abuse. On 9/13/19 (Two weeks before the birthday party) he was caught grabbing a female customer by the throat and pushing her into the Bounce House (inflatable bounce attraction inside our facility). He was banned permanently from Incredi-Roll on the spot. The mother was informed on 09/20/19 (more than a week before the party) when she came to the rink to speak to the general manager. The manager answered all her questions about what happened on 9/13/19. She was given all the facts and informed that as a result of his actions, her son was not allowed back to Incredi-Roll Skate & Family Fun Center. Her response was, "Well, that is his consequence".On 10/4/19 the young man showed up with his mother for the party and asked to speak to the general manager again (proof that they BOTH remembered that he was banned and why.) She asked him if her son could skate and the general manager repeated that he was permanently banned for physical abuse of a female customer. She began screaming - threatening to sue him, file a police report, and go to the news media to file a discrimination claim. I believe the reason she filed this complaint is because her bullying rants and threats were unsuccessful. We will always choose the safety of our customers over threats. Our customers truly appreciate our diligence in security. We hire off-duty and retired police officers on weekend nights to help us maintain a safe, fun environment. Sadly, this young man is not the first person to be banned from our facility and probably won’t be the last. We don’t look at race when we ban someone from our facility - we look at behavior. Unfortunately, offenders of every ethnicity are on our permanently banned list.Incredi-Roll would not have such a wonderfully diverse customer base if we discriminated. We encourage you to visit a public session to witness our diversity and inclusiveness yourself.Regarding his “depression” allegedly caused by being banned from our skating rink: I have no doubt that the young man is disappointed to not be able to attend such a fun venue anymore, but we sincerely hope this is the much-needed wake-up call he needs to learn to control his violent aggression before he suffers far more dire consequences. I have children of my own and empathize with this mother’s desire to “fix it” for her son, but using deception and retaliation to enable him to continue down the wrong path is not only distasteful, it is not in the best interest of her child. Her first priority should be teaching him to make better choices. Incredi-Roll’s first priority is (and always will be) keeping our staff and customers safe to be able to thoroughly enjoy the fun our facility offers. Sincerely, Cory HundleyWSU inc. dba Incredi-Roll
