very poor customer service, they gladly take your money without providing the service. you also need to call them and e-mail them multiple times to reach someone, worst company, even worst employees. When I asked for a refund for the service that's not provided the answer from the company's owner was "are you out of your mind" however I couldn't expect much more judging by the service I have been having with their company.
