This is Steve M***, I am one of the owners of Inbalance PT & Aquatics I was unaware of this happening until receiving this email from the Revdex.com We are very attentive to concerns patients have and are able to resolve them without escalation I am very sorry for the poor
experience you had at Inbalance PT Our goal is to provide the best patient experience possible where the patient leaves feeling taken care of and feeling better We feel we do provide that type of service I am glad to hear that you are feeling better and have received the care you needed The therapist that you saw has been on leave and will be on leave for quite a while She was unable to respond to this complaint After talking to our billing dept, scheduling and reviewing your chart, I feel the best way to resolve this issue is to dismiss the charge of $ I have spoken with my billing dept and you should not get any more bills from us If you have any other questions or concerns please contact me Sincerely, Steve M***
