Inaria International

. Our soccer club recently switched over to Inaria, and because they have no retail presence anywhere, they had to hold a "fitting day" at the club. My daughter tried on the kit, recorded measurements, and we placed the order for enough kit to last her the year (she plays/trains 5-6x per week... so lots of kit). When it arrived, the training kit fit well, but the GK kit (Jerseys and Shorts) were much too large to spite being the same size. When bringing this up to Inaria, I was first greeted with a curt email asking for more pictures, then after do that... the Managing Partner took over... asking for me to take additional measurements (uhhh... don't you have a tape measure???) and pictures yet again. After everything was said and done, the games jerseys and game shorts that were 5 to 6" wider than the training jerseys/shorts were deemed to be "within tolerance", or because of a "styling difference" that does not affect the critical fit. Then they offered me the ability to purchase additional kit at 30% off. Rather than give them another penny, I have instead spent even more on having the kit altered to fit as it should have in the first place.
