I ordered from instabuggy a grocery delivery service on September the 1st, I was supposed to receive my order on the second never received it, I got a call from the delivery driver and he said my order was canceled because I didn't have a drivers licence or a credit card for proof of identity. I had called the company and they said that my money was never deducted and that they put it back in my account the same day. it have been approx 9 days and I am food less not to mention that was my only money for the month. I have left 10 voicemail's no one has gotten back to me. I left a bunch of emails and they told me that my card was only preotherized. I have proof from my bank that instabuggy took the money from my account and never returned it. I am on disability and this is affecting my health and well being I have not eaten for almost 9 days I need my grocery money and this company's phone line is never accessible I even emailed the manager of the company and they are in denial that they took my money. this is the worst customer service and I will never order from here again.
