I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with one condition related to KCP&L If we are fined any amount of money and /or additional costs are incured to us from KCP&L because mr *** jumped the meter allowing us electricity to stay on at our residence We notified kcp&l who sent an employee to our residence and also have contacted MVP electric to bring our service up to code and inspected by KCP&L to get the meter back on and everything working to KCP&L approval.
