This company was called by a home warranty company for us I was told by one of their electricians who had been at my home twice that I need a new breaker box The electrician made an appointment with me while he was at my home for the following Monday to put the box in I took the day off work without pay to get this done He said he would be there about in the afternoon He never showed and never called I called the company and was told someone would be there the next day They were but the breaker box they brought was the wrong one for my home My husband was home so I didn't have to take off another day without pay The electrician made yet another appointment to put the correct breaker box in for the following Tuesday so that my husband could be home Nobody showed My husband called and the electrician had "forgot" and that "someone had taken the appointment off his books" This is not how a business should be run
