Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2014/11/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The statement is not accurate at allThe only discussion about chiropractic services was that I could NOT receive themThe only time I praised the services received on social media was after a message with BillyI have been advised by two other people that I work with (and one of their cousins) that they have also received bills for services they did not receiveThey did however, after I filed complaints, receive a letter stating there was a billing mix up in the office and it's my understanding that their bills were wiped outThey now owe nothingI firmly believe Shaquala Reese is charging me to be spiteful and cannot have all these patients overcharged for services therefore she took care of their bill but not mines
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2014/12/01) */
The patient is correct that they did not receive a chiropractic adjustment in the region described previously per patient requestHowever, the patient did receive manipulation to other regions and therapy to support those areasIt appears the patient is not aware of what services correspond to billed chargesI would be glad to give more detail through the Revdex.com, with the patient's permission, of services performedPhysical therapy is billed in units and for different therapies, so multiple charges on the same day of service is common and acceptableThere are no chargesAny reference to other parties billing is not allowed; but, in no way is it related to this patient's concernsI am legally bound to hold patients responsible for their deductible, and this patient is no exception
